Day 6 Hatha Yoga Happiness: Practice and Let Go with Fightmaster Yoga

I’m stoked you made it to Day 6 of Hatha Yoga Happiness! Today, we’ll do our practice and detach from any results that we think we “should” have. In Sanskrit, this is called abhyasa and vairagya. I love this tool because it’s a wonderful practice both on and off of the mat. We can show up on our mat, do our best and be content with where we are and we can also show up for life the same way.
