How to Jump Back from Crow Pose

This ten minute video will be helpful for my intermediate people are just starting to learn to jump back from crow pose. This requires good opening through your hips, and a good amount of upper body and core strength, so if you don’t get it right off the bat, try not to get discouraged. Instead, keep practicing and you will see improvement.
