Under 10 Minutes: Hiit Workout

In this hiit workout, we will do 20 double unders with a jumprope (or just do jumping jacks if you don’t have a jumprope), followed by 20 Russian twists (option to make it more challenging by adding a yoga block or weighted med ball), and 20 in and out jumping squats. As always, move within a pain-free range, listen to your body, and take rests as needed.
